TrenPlay employs commercially reasonable security measures to help protect user accounts and platform operations. Below is an overview of our current practices.

Account & Authentication Security

  • •TrenPlay uses secure third-party authentication services to manage user sign-in and does not store user passwords in plain text.
  • •All communications between users and the platform are encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
  • •Internal systems are protected by role-based access controls, limiting access to sensitive information to authorized personnel only.

Data Privacy & Storage

  • •User data is stored within managed cloud environments consistent with modern security practices.
  • •TrenPlay collects only the information necessary to operate the platform and provide its services.
  • •Public profile data is separated from private account data to help protect user privacy.

Financial Security

  • •Financial interactions are structured to reduce custodial and operational risk. TrenPlay does not directly store user payment credentials.
  • •Funds are used solely to facilitate peer-to-peer matches and are released following match completion and applicable verification processes.

Fair Play & Matchmaking Integrity

  • •TrenPlay implements skill-based matchmaking with provisional placement for new users to promote competitive balance.
  • •Automated monitoring systems are in place to detect potentially abusive or fraudulent activity.
  • •Defined dispute review procedures are available, with TrenPlay retaining final decision authority as outlined in its Terms of Service.

Anti-Fraud & Platform Integrity

  • •Safeguards are in place to discourage fraud, collusion, and misuse of the platform.
  • •Protections include entry fee limits, restrictions on self-matching, and account enforcement actions when violations are identified.

Age Requirement & Ongoing Commitment

  • •TrenPlay is intended for users 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Massachusetts). The minimum age depends on your state.
  • •Security practices may evolve over time as the platform grows and industry standards develop.
  • •While no system can guarantee complete security, TrenPlay takes reasonable and ongoing steps to operate the platform responsibly and in good faith.
