Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: February 2026

Welcome to TrenPlay. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using TrenPlay.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of TrenPlay constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates we may make.

1Platform Overview & Legal Status

TrenPlay is NOT a gambling platform. TrenPlay is a platform that facilitates skill-based video game competitions between users. All match outcomes are determined predominantly by player skill, not chance.

On TrenPlay, users compete against each other in head-to-head matches using USDC as the platform currency. Users compete based on their own performance, not on the outcome of events outside their control.

By using TrenPlay, you acknowledge that:

  • All competitions are skill-based activities where the outcome is determined by your gameplay ability
  • Chance does not predominate in determining match outcomes
  • You are competing based on your own skill and performance
  • TrenPlay does not offer or facilitate gambling, betting on third parties, or games of chance

2Eligibility Requirements

To use TrenPlay, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Massachusetts) to create an account and participate in matches. The minimum age depends on the state you reside in, and it is your responsibility to meet the requirement that applies to you. It is against our Terms and applicable law to use TrenPlay if you are under the minimum age for your state. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be locked and any associated USDC may be forfeited.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: You must reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based gaming competitions are legal. By signing up, you confirm that your use of TrenPlay does not violate any laws in your local jurisdiction.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
  • Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Geographic Restrictions: TrenPlay is not available in the following U.S. states due to state-level regulations on skill-based competitions:

Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, and Washington.

If you reside in any of these states, you are prohibited from creating an account or participating in matches on TrenPlay. Accounts found to be operating from restricted states may be suspended and any associated USDC forfeited. We reserve the right to update this list as laws change and to restrict access from additional jurisdictions at any time.

3Account Rules & Security

One Account Per Person

You are only permitted to have one account on TrenPlay. Your gaming platform accounts (Xbox Live Gamertag, PlayStation Network ID, PC accounts) may only be linked to one TrenPlay account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being banned and USDC forfeited.

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Do not share your password, account access, or wallet seed phrase with anyone
  • TrenPlay will never ask for your private key or seed phrase
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Account Sharing & Selling

Account sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited. If we determine that an account is being shared or has been sold, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account and forfeit any associated USDC.

4USDC — Match Currency

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully. It explains what USDC is, how TrenPlay uses it, and the risks you accept when you compete for it.

Nature of USDC

USDC is a US dollar–denominated stablecoin issued by Circle Internet Financial, an independent third party. TrenPlay does not issue, mint, control, or back USDC, and USDC is not a TrenPlay product or a TrenPlay-issued token. Each USDC is designed to hold a value of approximately one US dollar, and redemption for US dollars is offered by Circle and other third-party services under their own terms and eligibility requirements — not by TrenPlay.

TrenPlay uses USDC on the Solana network as the currency for entering matches and tournaments and for paying winnings. Because USDC is an independent asset rather than platform credit, USDC you hold is usable outside TrenPlay and is not confined to this Platform.

Critical Disclaimers

  • NOT AN INVESTMENT PRODUCT: TrenPlay does not offer USDC as an investment and makes no promise of any return on it. Do not acquire USDC through TrenPlay with the expectation of profit or financial return.
  • TRENPLAY IS NOT AN EXCHANGE: TrenPlay does not operate a marketplace and does not buy, sell, trade, or exchange USDC on your behalf. Adding funds and converting USDC to cash are handled by third-party providers under their own terms, which may include identity verification, fees, limits, and eligibility requirements. TrenPlay does not control those providers and is not responsible for their services.
  • STABLECOIN AND NETWORK RISK: Although USDC is designed to hold a value of approximately one US dollar, that value is not guaranteed by TrenPlay and has deviated from one dollar in the past. You also accept the risks of the Solana network, including congestion, downtime, and the fact that a confirmed blockchain transaction cannot be reversed by TrenPlay or anyone else.
  • EXTERNAL TRANSACTIONS: TrenPlay has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, what users choose to do with their USDC outside of our platform. Any external transactions, trades, or transfers are entirely at your own risk.
  • RISK OF LOSS: You may lose USDC through match play, disputes resolved against you, account violations, or platform rule violations. TrenPlay is not liable for any lost, forfeited, or spent USDC. While TrenPlay is a skill-based platform and matchmaking aims to pair players of similar skill level, outcomes are never guaranteed. You may face opponents of varying ability levels, and even skilled players can experience losing streaks. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risk that you may lose USDC in competition regardless of your skill level.

Platform Fee

TrenPlay charges a 7% platform fee on match winnings. When you win a match, 7% of the total prize pool (your entry + opponent's entry) is deducted as a service fee before the winnings are paid out. This fee supports platform operations, dispute resolution, server infrastructure, and ongoing development.

For example, in a 100 USDC match (each player enters 100 USDC), the total prize pool is 200 USDC; the winner receives 186 USDC after the 7% fee (14 USDC) is deducted.

Active subscribers pay no platform fee. While a subscription is active, the fee on your match and tournament winnings is 0% and you receive the full amount. If your subscription lapses, the standard 7% fee applies again to matches settled after that point.

Tournament payouts are split between the top two finishers: the winner receives 70% of the prize pool and the runner-up receives the remaining 30%. The platform fee described above is then applied to each finisher's own share (0% for active subscribers).

Use of USDC

USDC may be used on TrenPlay to:

  • Enter head-to-head skill-based matches
  • Participate in tournaments and competitions
  • Receive rewards for winning matches based on your skill and performance

Wallet Withdrawals

You may withdraw USDC from your TrenPlay account to an external Solana-compatible wallet. The following rules apply to withdrawals:

  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours, though processing times may vary during high-volume periods
  • A minimum withdrawal amount may apply and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal
  • You are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address. TrenPlay cannot reverse or recover USDC sent to an incorrect wallet address. Double-check your Solana wallet address before confirming any withdrawal
  • TrenPlay is not responsible for USDC once it has been withdrawn to your external wallet, including any loss due to user error, wallet security issues, or blockchain-related issues
  • TrenPlay may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. You may need to submit a valid government-issued ID for manual review by our team
  • Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if there is suspected fraud, pending disputes, or ongoing investigations on your account

5Match Rules & Gameplay

Agreed Rules Only

Only the rules displayed and agreed upon in the TrenPlay match lobby are enforceable. Any other rules proposed outside of TrenPlay (via messages, chat, etc.) are not binding. No player is obligated to accept rules that differ from what is shown on the match page.

Matchmaking & Divisions

Divisions are tracked separately for each game. Your division in one game has no effect on your division in another.

Divisions indicate skill level but do not guarantee that you will only face opponents of your own division:

  • Random matchmaking (Quick Match): you may be paired with a player in your own division or one division directly above or below you. For example, a Rookie may be matched with a Pro. You will not be randomly matched more than one division apart.
  • Open listings and direct challenges: these are not division-restricted. If you create or accept an open match, or accept a direct challenge, your opponent may be in any division, including a division well above your own.

A skill or division mismatch is not on its own grounds for a dispute, refund, or result reversal. It is your responsibility to check the match details before joining or accepting.

Starting a Match

By starting or playing a match, you confirm that:

  • The match settings are correct as displayed
  • You agree to the rules shown on the match page
  • You are ready to complete the match

Forfeits and No-Shows

Matches are meant to be played. You may never claim a win against an opponent who is present and ready, and a result reported for a match that was not actually played is a violation of these Terms.

There are two exceptions, and they exist so that you are not left waiting on an opponent who never turns up:

  • Your opponent never appears. If your opponent has not appeared 10 minutes after the match start time, you may submit a no-show claim along with any supporting evidence. These claims are reviewed by TrenPlay staff and are not granted automatically. If your claim is approved, the match is recorded as a win for you and the prize is paid to you, less the platform fee. If it is denied, no money moves and the match stays open so it can still be played — and if it is never played, both entry fees are returned automatically.
  • Your opponent never confirms. Before a match begins, both players confirm their team and gamertag. If you have confirmed and your opponent has not done so within 10 minutes, you may claim the match. This one is decided automatically rather than by staff, because the record of who confirmed and when is held by TrenPlay and cannot be changed by either player.

A forfeit is a real result: it is recorded as a win for one player and a loss for the other, and it affects both players' records. Repeatedly failing to appear or to confirm may also lead to disciplinary action.

Match Completion

Once a match begins, both players are expected to complete the game. Abandoning a match in progress, intentionally disconnecting, or refusing to finish may result in a loss being recorded and potential disciplinary action.

Result Submission & Time Limit

Both players must submit the match result accurately. Submitting false or misleading results is a serious violation and may result in account suspension, USDC forfeiture, or permanent ban.

90-Minute Reporting Window: Both players must report their match results within 90 minutes of the match ending. If only one player reports within this window, the match is escalated to TrenPlay's admin team, which reviews the submitted evidence before any payout — a match may be decided on the sole submitted report after that review. Do not delay reporting — submit your result as soon as the match concludes.

Cancellations & Refunds

Entry fees are held in escrow from the moment you lock in. Whether a match can be cancelled — and what is refunded — depends on how far the match has progressed:

  • Before both players lock in: A match that never reaches both players locking in can be cancelled. Anything already placed in escrow is returned to the wallet it came from; if nothing was escrowed, there is nothing to refund.
  • Opponent leaves before the match starts: If your opponent leaves after you have locked in but before play begins, your entry fee is refunded.
  • Neither player readies up: If both players lock in but neither confirms their team and gamertag within 15 minutes, either player may cancel the match for a full refund of both entries. If neither of you does, TrenPlay cancels it and refunds both entries automatically.
  • Opponent no-show: If you have confirmed and your opponent fails to confirm within the deadline shown in the match chat, you may claim a no-show win once the grace period passes. No-show claims are verified against match state automatically.
  • Agreed tie: If both players report the match as a tie, both entry fees are refunded automatically.
  • Voided matches: If TrenPlay voids a match (for example, a game-server failure affecting both players), both entry fees are returned.

Refunds return your full entry fee in USDC to the wallet that paid it — no platform fee is charged on a refund. Refunds are processed on-chain and typically land within minutes; if a refund transaction cannot complete immediately, it is retried automatically and escalated to our team if it still cannot complete. Once a match has been played to completion, entry fees are not refundable because you lost, because of lag, or because of a skill or division mismatch you accepted by starting the match.

Disconnects & Lag

Disconnections and lag are an inherent risk of online gaming. TrenPlay's policy on disconnects is as follows:

  • Player-side disconnects: If you disconnect from a match due to your own internet, hardware, or power issues, you are responsible for the loss. TrenPlay is not liable for disconnections caused by your equipment or internet service provider.
  • Game server issues: If the game server itself crashes or disconnects both players, either player may open a dispute. TrenPlay will review the evidence and may void the match with both players' entry fees returned.
  • Intentional disconnects: Intentionally disconnecting to avoid a loss ("rage quitting") is prohibited conduct. If evidence suggests a player intentionally disconnected, the match may be ruled as a loss for that player.
  • Lag and latency: TrenPlay is not responsible for in-game lag or latency issues. By entering a match, you accept the risk of potential lag. If you experience significant lag before the match starts, do not proceed with the game.

6Dispute Resolution

TrenPlay values fair play and strives to make fair decisions in all disputes. However, you acknowledge the following:

Dispute Process

  • If players submit conflicting results, a dispute will be opened for review
  • Both players may submit evidence including screenshots, video recordings, or other documentation
  • TrenPlay support staff will review all available evidence and make a determination
  • Dispute determinations are made at the sole discretion of TrenPlay administrators

Evidence Requirements

  • Clear screenshots of the final score are the primary form of evidence
  • Video recordings (streams, captures) may be requested or submitted
  • If streaming is required for a match, you must retain the VOD for at least 7 days
  • Deleting, hiding, or tampering with evidence may result in the dispute being ruled against you

Incorrect Rules

Important: If a match is played with incorrect rules or settings that differ from the match page, and you chose to play anyway, the dispute cannot be ruled in your favor. By starting the match, you confirmed the rules were correct. Always verify settings before beginning play.

Response Times

  • Agreed results settle automatically — when both players' reports match, the payout is released without a review step.
  • Agreed ties and verified no-shows also resolve automatically, without admin review.
  • Disputed matches are reviewed by TrenPlay's team. We aim to resolve most disputes within 48 hours of receiving both players' evidence; complex cases, or cases where we request additional evidence, may take longer.
  • While a dispute is open, both entry fees remain locked in escrow — funds are not paid out or returned until the dispute is resolved.
  • These timeframes are service targets, not guarantees. Delays do not entitle either player to a default win or an automatic refund.

Final Decisions

All dispute decisions made by TrenPlay are final. While we strive for fairness, we cannot guarantee outcomes will satisfy all parties. By using the platform, you agree to accept TrenPlay's dispute resolutions.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on TrenPlay. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, USDC forfeiture, and/or legal action:

Cheating & Exploits

Using hacks, cheats, glitches, exploits, or any unauthorized software or hardware — including but not limited to Cronus Zen, Cronus Max, XIM, Strike Packs, macro controllers, modded controllers, or any similar third-party input modification devices — to gain an unfair advantage. This applies to all matches played on TrenPlay regardless of game title.

Match Manipulation

Intentionally losing matches, win trading, colluding with opponents, or any form of match-fixing.

False Reporting

Submitting incorrect match results, falsifying evidence, or filing fraudulent disputes.

Multiple Accounts

Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent bans, manipulate rankings, or gain unfair advantages.

Harassment & Toxicity

Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or any abusive behavior toward other users.

Match Abandonment

Repeatedly leaving matches early, disconnecting intentionally, or refusing to complete games.

Custom Roster Abuse

Using custom rosters, edited players, or modified settings to gain competitive advantage when not permitted.

Fraud & Misrepresentation

Identity fraud, payment fraud, misrepresenting your identity, or any deceptive practices.

Boosting Services

Paying or allowing another person to play on your account to inflate your rank, division, or win record. Accounts found to be using boosting services will be permanently banned and all USDC forfeited.

Illegal & Inappropriate Content

Sharing, transmitting, or distributing any illegal, obscene, sexually explicit, or exploitative content through the Platform — including but not limited to MatchChat, profile information, screenshots, or any other communication feature. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, content promoting violence, or any material that violates applicable law. Violations will result in immediate permanent ban, USDC forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Chat & Communication Moderation

TrenPlay provides in-platform communication features including MatchChat that allow users to communicate with each other. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Real-Time Monitoring: TrenPlay does not actively monitor or screen all chat messages, communications, or user-generated content in real time. We do not have the ability to review every message sent on the Platform.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you send, share, or transmit through any communication feature on TrenPlay. You agree not to use chat or messaging features to send illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Reporting Violations: If you encounter inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content from another user, you are encouraged to report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting support@trenplay.gg.
  • Investigation & Action: When violations are reported or otherwise brought to TrenPlay's attention, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include issuing warnings, temporarily suspending accounts, permanently banning users, forfeiting USDC, and/or reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.
  • Zero Tolerance for Illegal Content: TrenPlay maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), threats of violence, and content promoting terrorism. Users found sharing such content will be immediately and permanently banned, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Content Retention: TrenPlay may retain chat logs and communication records for the purposes of dispute resolution, investigation of reported violations, compliance with legal obligations, and platform safety.

User Reporting

TrenPlay relies on its community to help maintain a safe and fair platform. All users have the ability and responsibility to report:

  • Suspected cheating or use of unauthorized hardware/software
  • Inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content in chat or communications
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior from other users
  • Any other violations of these Terms & Conditions

Reports can be submitted through the in-app reporting feature or by emailing support@trenplay.gg. All reports are reviewed and handled confidentially. Filing false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in disciplinary action.

Enforcement

TrenPlay reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations. We may request additional information, video evidence, screenshots, or other documentation. Users who refuse to cooperate with investigations may face disciplinary action. We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available under applicable law.

8Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention

TrenPlay employs security measures to prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity:

  • We may require identity verification (KYC) for certain account actions, including withdrawals above certain thresholds
  • Suspicious activity may trigger additional reviews, holds, or verification requirements
  • We employ fraud detection systems to identify unusual patterns or potential abuse
  • In confirmed cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or refusal to complete verification, we may freeze accounts, seize USDC, and/or terminate accounts
  • We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

TrenPlay is committed to preventing the use of our platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities. In addition to our KYC procedures, TrenPlay implements anti-money laundering measures including:

  • Monitoring for suspicious transaction patterns, including unusually large or frequent transfers of USDC
  • Flagging and investigating activity that may indicate collusion, wash trading, or deliberate loss patterns designed to transfer value between accounts
  • Reporting suspicious activity to the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law
  • Reserving the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and require enhanced verification when suspicious activity is detected
  • Cooperating fully with law enforcement investigations related to financial crimes

Users who are found to be using TrenPlay for money laundering or any other illicit financial purpose will be permanently banned, have all USDC forfeited, and be reported to the relevant authorities.

9Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to your use of TrenPlay and any USDC you acquire, hold, win, or withdraw.

  • TrenPlay does not provide tax advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.
  • Depending on your jurisdiction, winnings from skill-based competitions may be considered taxable income.
  • In the United States, the IRS may require reporting of income from skill-based competitions. You are responsible for reporting all applicable income on your tax returns.
  • If your annual net winnings approach or exceed thresholds set by U.S. tax law (currently $600), TrenPlay may request a completed IRS Form W-9 (Taxpayer Identification Number) before processing further withdrawals. You can submit this voluntarily at any time on your Tax Info page.
  • You are responsible for reporting your own income; TrenPlay does not file tax forms on your behalf today. Should that change, we will notify affected users and provide the necessary documentation.

TrenPlay is not responsible for any tax liabilities, penalties, or interest that may result from your failure to comply with applicable tax laws.

10Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • TrenPlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform
  • We are not liable for any loss of USDC, whether due to gameplay, technical issues, security breaches, or any other cause
  • We are not responsible for any actions you take with USDC outside the TrenPlay platform
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of TrenPlay shall not exceed the amount of USDC you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim

Losses Due to Opponent Cheating

Important: TrenPlay is not liable for any USDC or monetary losses you incur as a result of competing against an opponent who is later found to be cheating, using unauthorized hardware or software, or otherwise violating these Terms. While TrenPlay takes cheating seriously and will investigate all credible reports — which may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans for the offending player — TrenPlay does not guarantee compensation, refunds, or reimbursement for matches affected by another user's misconduct.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk that opponents may attempt to cheat, and you agree that TrenPlay's sole obligation is to investigate and take appropriate enforcement action against the offending user, not to compensate affected players. TrenPlay may, at its sole discretion, choose to issue partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances, but is under no obligation to do so.

Force Majeure & External Circumstances

TrenPlay shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, delays, or failure to perform arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Server outages, platform downtime, or infrastructure failures
  • Internet service provider (ISP) failures, network congestion, or routing issues
  • Player-side network lag, latency spikes, packet loss, or disconnections
  • Power outages or hardware failures on the user's end
  • Natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, or government actions
  • Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or other malicious third-party interference
  • Blockchain network congestion, delays, or failures on the Solana network
  • Third-party game server outages or issues caused by the game publisher

No Compensation for External Issues: If you lose a match or USDC due to any of the above circumstances — including your own network lagging out, disconnecting, or experiencing technical difficulties — TrenPlay will not compensate you. Your opponent may, at their own discretion, choose to assist you by agreeing to void the match or offering a friendly resolution, but they are under no obligation to do so. If your opponent claims the win, that result stands and TrenPlay will not override it.

By entering a match, you accept the risk of potential technical issues and agree that TrenPlay bears no responsibility for losses caused by circumstances outside our control.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrenPlay, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
  • Your participation in matches and competitions
  • Any dispute between you and another user of the Platform
  • Your failure to comply with tax obligations related to your use of TrenPlay

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

12Intellectual Property

TrenPlay Content

All content on the TrenPlay platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, user interface, software, and any other materials — is the property of TrenPlay or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without prior written consent from TrenPlay.

Third-Party Game Content

Game names, logos, images, and trademarks displayed on TrenPlay (including but not limited to NBA 2K, Madden NFL, EA FC, MLB The Show, NHL, UFC, College Football, and Rocket League) are the property of their respective owners, including but not limited to Electronic Arts (EA), 2K Games, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Psyonix, and other publishers. TrenPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer unless explicitly stated.

User Content

By submitting content to TrenPlay (such as screenshots, evidence, profile information, or chat messages), you grant TrenPlay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

DMCA & Copyright Takedown Process

TrenPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), TrenPlay will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on TrenPlay infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Platform
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, a description of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Designated Agent

All DMCA notices and counter-notices should be sent to: support@trenplay.gg with the subject line "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice."

TrenPlay reserves the right to remove any content that allegedly infringes copyright and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

13Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using TrenPlay, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key Data Practices

  • We collect account information, gameplay data, and transaction records necessary to operate the Platform
  • For identity verification (KYC) purposes, you may be required to submit government-issued photo ID. These images are stored securely and used solely for verification and fraud prevention
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties
  • We may share information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of the Platform
  • Match results, usernames, divisions, and leaderboard rankings are publicly visible on the Platform

For full details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

14Account Termination

TrenPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or suspicious activity
  • Failure to complete required identity verification
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

What Happens to Your USDC

Voluntary Account Closure: If you choose to close your own account in good standing (no pending violations or investigations), you will be given a reasonable window to withdraw any remaining USDC balance before your account is deactivated.

Termination for Violations: If your account is terminated due to cheating, fraud, match manipulation, boosting, or any other violation of these Terms, all USDC in your account will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any refund or withdrawal of your balance.

15Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. We may notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of TrenPlay after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Platform, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that the arbitration provisions below are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.).

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your relationship with TrenPlay — including the validity, enforceability, or scope of this arbitration provision — shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

  • Arbitration Body: Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, available at www.adr.org. If the AAA is unavailable, the parties will select a comparable national arbitration provider
  • Location & Format: Arbitration shall be conducted by videoconference or, for claims under $25,000, on written submissions, unless the arbitrator determines a hearing is necessary. Any in-person hearing will be held in the county where you reside, or another location mutually agreed in writing
  • Arbitration Fees: Filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees are allocated as set by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules — your filing fee is capped at the consumer amount those rules specify, and TrenPlay pays the remaining AAA administrative and arbitrator fees. Each side bears its own attorneys' fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law, or determines a claim was filed frivolously or in bad faith
  • Informal Resolution First: Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@trenplay.gg. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may proceed to binding arbitration
  • Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits

30-Day Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and the class action waiver by emailing support@trenplay.gg within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and the email address associated with your account. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms and will not affect your access to the Platform.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitration, or any consolidated or representative proceedings against TrenPlay. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and the arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking it. This class action waiver is an essential part of this arbitration agreement. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular dispute, then the entire arbitration provision (other than this sentence) shall not apply to that dispute, which shall proceed in court — the parties do not agree to class, collective, or representative arbitration under any circumstances.

Jury Trial Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and TrenPlay each waive the right to a jury trial for any dispute arising under or related to these Terms.

17Responsible Gaming

TrenPlay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. While TrenPlay is a skill-based competition platform and not a gambling service, we recognize that competitive play can be intense and we encourage all users to play responsibly.

Play Within Your Means

  • Only enter USDC that you can afford to lose
  • Set personal limits on how much USDC you spend per day, week, or month
  • Do not chase losses — if you are on a losing streak, take a break
  • Competitive gaming should be entertainment, not a source of financial stress

Recognize the Signs

If you or someone you know is experiencing any of the following, it may be time to step back:

  • Spending more time or money on competitions than intended
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or stressed about match outcomes
  • Neglecting personal responsibilities, relationships, or health due to gaming
  • Borrowing money or selling assets to fund competitive play
  • Lying to friends or family about how much time or money you spend on the platform

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break from competitive play, TrenPlay offers self-exclusion options. You may contact support@trenplay.gg to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to enter matches or use USDC.

18Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

19Entire Agreement & Waiver

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrenPlay regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and communications — whether written or oral — between you and TrenPlay relating to the subject matter herein. No side agreements, promises, or representations made outside of these Terms are binding.

Waiver

The failure of TrenPlay to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If TrenPlay chooses not to act on a violation of these Terms, that does not mean we give up our right to act on future or similar violations. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by TrenPlay.
