• Match entries, wins, losses, and USDC transaction history
• Timestamps of all platform activities
• Dispute submissions including evidence (screenshots, descriptions)
• Tournament participation and performance data
• Leaderboard rankings and statistics
• Chat messages and communications on the platform

Blockchain & Wallet Information

• Public blockchain wallet addresses (Solana-compatible wallets)
• Transaction hashes for deposits and withdrawals
• On-chain transaction history related to USDC transfers

Device & Technical Data

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type, version, and settings
• Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers
• Referring URLs and pages visited on our platform
• Time spent on pages and click patterns

User Communications & Content Moderation

• TrenPlay collects and stores chat messages and communications sent through platform features (including MatchChat) for the purposes of dispute resolution, safety enforcement, and compliance with legal obligations
• TrenPlay does not actively monitor or screen all user communications in real time
• When content is reported by users or otherwise flagged, TrenPlay may review relevant chat logs and communications to investigate potential violations of our Terms & Conditions
• In cases involving suspected illegal activity — including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), threats of violence, or other criminal conduct — TrenPlay may disclose relevant communications and user information to law enforcement authorities as required or permitted by law
• Chat logs and communication data may be retained for a reasonable period for safety, legal compliance, and platform integrity purposes, even after account deletion

Dispute Resolution

• Reviewing and resolving match disputes

Communication

Blockchain Data

Please note that blockchain transaction data is immutable and cannot be deleted. Once a transaction is recorded on the blockchain, it exists permanently on the public ledger regardless of account status.

Account Deletion

Upon account deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention. Some aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
